A year ago we purchased our new POS system for our restaurant from www.posnation.com and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. At any time I can monitor the inventory, hourly sales, labor vs. Sales, etc. I have yet to see all that it can do. The hand holding I received from the sales department to the tech support was greatly appreciated. I will agree with the other reviews about the training DVD as it was hard to follow and I had to watch it several times but having the manual available helped. I also want to comment on the follow up, some companies just forget about you but the people at www.posnation.com have always treated me like a brand new customer. Thank you... My purchase has helped my business more than I had wished for.
