Bought my first POS system in Oct. Since that time I have been very satisfied with the service provided by all representatives online or on phone. If their service used to be bad before, as some comments indicate, then they have totally revamped it and have made it much better.
Everyone answered my questions in great detail and I was fully satisfied with the purchase. The one time so far I've had to get help, the representative was able to point me in the right direction. Plus most of the basic solutions to issues/questions are already posted on their website. Though they are hard to follow at time but still available. A simple cleanup of instruction and anyone could easily follow them.
Order submission, setup, help desk and customer care I would rate 5. Delivery time I would rate as a 4 as 2 weeks is a little long for a customer to receive the product ordered when all that probably needs to be installed is POS software (I say this as I have extensive amount of background in computers). Overall my experience was a 4.5.
