They did not fix my compute

I got some malware on my laptop from playing farmville on facebook. I didnt know that the games on there werent safe since so many people play them and Id never heard anything bad about them. When my computer was overtaken by endless popups I was concerned - I didnt know what was causing the problem. I called Best Buys Geek Squad and explained my problem, and my frustration. The computer guy asked I bring it in and he'd assess the situation saying it was probably spyware which he said was pretty common with farmville users. I took it into their store and he went on and on about Malware this and that — I had NO IDEA what he was talking about, im not a computer technician! The frustration of him talking in some sub-human tech language almost sent me over the egde. All I wanted was for him to find out the problem and fix it. Anyways, they called and told me to come get it, that it was finished. I went, paid and took my machine home. When I got home I turned it on and almost immediately I got a porn popup. I was furious. What did I just pay for, then?! I called the store and was put on hold for en eternity. I finally got ahold of someone (not the person Id talked with in the store) and tried explaining my problem but it was like they didnt understand what I was saying! What is there to not understand?! I gave you money, for a service I obviously didnt recieve! I was so frustrated with the situation and their lack of understanding that I had to end the phone call and go in search of an alternative repair option. The round about thing wasnt worth furter frustration. I looked up computer repair companies online and found a site called Secureremotesupport.com which offered the same services and at a portion of Best Buys Geek Squad's rates. I called and said "Hey, this is my problem, if you cant fix it dont waste my time" and the technician was friendly despite my hostility. He assured me they could fix it, and that I didnt have to pay until I saw for myself the work was done. He was very sympathetic of my situation, which I found comforting. I connected with him over the internet so he could fix my machine remotely, and within an hour it was completed. No more pop ups, the machine operated much faster after I took advantage a promotion optimization they offered. It seemed like such an easy fix! I dont understand how Best Buys Geek Squad could have botched the job! Needless to say, Secure Remote Support will get all my future business. With such affordable rates, and such prompt & efficient service I cant imagine myself turning to anyone else.
