My compaq presario laptop went out after only five months, they keep promising a new one but only keeps moving the date up they have now had it for 4 months and have put me off until 9/17. Ripoff
On 1/29 i treated my self to a compaq presario laptop, this was purchased at best buy online. On april 23 it went out, hp support told me to take it back to best buy and they would send it to be repaired. This wasthe 25th of april.in which time i was given a date of repair for june 6.
