Ruined my trip home, i was wheelchair bound, and their secuirity issues were boken, on the way to Sacrameto, Ca. My Trip Was From Austin, Texas To Sac.ca. I don't know their home base, they operate all over the US

I fly regularly. Lately, when I make a reservation, Delta does not permit me to make a seat selection. I am told I cannot as I 'might' get upgraded to first class. Then the day of the flight, the flight is magically full, and everyone else has been able to select seats, so I am left with the worst ...

Delta kept me on hold for 2 hours 45 minutes, there credit card verification was down and the fares went up while I am on hold, they gave me the "Subject to Change", I had been on hold for hours. Cincinnnati Ohio
