I took over the finances for my elderly uncle and aunt in September. As a part of my financial audit, I saw the charge from GECRB/Sam's Club on their credit reports. First off I did not owe any balance on my Sam's Club Credit Card. I pay my bills like clock work, never late. I was grocery shopping at Sam's Club in San Bernardino, California this morning. I paid Sams Club on three different occasions. Sent a copy of the first check which cleared the bank. Was told they could not read it. Paid again and was billed a third time with finance charge.
