As of 3/20/03 my ztel service was cancelled. My balance at that time was a 15.98 credit. I requested they send me a check. They said it would take 6-8 weeks. It has now been 14 weeks and they still have NOT refunded my money to me. I've been told that I didn't request it, it would take another 6-8 ...
