Flyer Promised Local Channels but $9.00 More Per Month Required

Education & Science William843 0

I received a flyer stating local channels are included with every package. I have a $48.00 package plus and have not received any local channels. I have been with Directv since 2002. I called and was informed that local channels were not available in my area, but I could get the networks from New ...

Free Portable DVD Player Never Came After Paying $108

Shops, Products, Services Sandra465 0

I switched to Direct TV. They offered a portable DVD player when you switch. They also offer a $100.00 rebate. I paid them $108.00, and I am not sure why. You do not buy any of the equipment. You pay the $108.00, then they send you a check for a hundred dollars if you send in a form? Stupid! I ...

After an update to our R15-500 DVR unit on August 2, the unit started responding very slowly to channel changes and guide access. The unit became progressively worse, and would lock up or freeze and had to be reset to regain usage. After several days of this problem, we contacted DirecTV customer ...

Pay Per View Ordered at 11:30pm Booked for Next Day

Shops, Products, Services Anonymous 50941 0

I tried to order a Pay Per View and, of course, had problems once again! I always have problems with ordering Pay Per Views because Direct TV doesn't have an easy, easy-to-understand system for ordering them. They allow you to order a movie at 11:30pm, but when you try to view the movie, you can't, ...
