Ecieved multiple tickets from 2006 till now. Tryed calling since 50 calls no answer till 2008. Had to call lady friend at city hall, she said only way is to call thru city hall mayors office switchboard. So I did-5 calls for hearing form-said they would send never recieved-10 calls-never sent ...
