PPA Discrimination and failure to provide due process

I was forced to pay for tickets that were not mine in addition, to get a boot off my car and then was told that I could not appeal the tickest because I had already paid. I was ripped off for more than $2000.00. There were other people in the room who were allowed to have their tickets removed and were not even questioned. I was treated horribly.
