Reservation date changed incorrectly and cancelled when no rooms were available
I called initially to add an extra day to my reservation. The CSR cancelled the initial date and put in a new one. I called the hotel to verify and it was screwed up. I got the same CSR when I called to cancel the entire thing since they did not have any rooms. She didn't know how to explain the ...
