Ripoff, poor customer service, poor delivery service, puts responsibilities on other places
DHL is worthless. Will never buy from Outpost.com again. They ship only using a terrible shipping company called DHL. My order never arrived. I paid extra for 2nd day shipping. DHL does not deliver to my address so they claim they gave it to a company that I do not think even exists on the 2nd day ...
