I called Aamco to tow my car as the transmission was not working. They said there was no charge for this to get it to their shop. Afterwards they said there would be a $49 charge if I did not let tmem rebuild it. They did say that it was $39 to inspect the transmission. I was told it would cost ...

On May, 8 I took my Chevy 3500 Dually Truck into AAMCO Transmissions AKA Suncoast Consultants for repair, with information that it only moves in first gear. I had no problems or concerns with the tranny, as it was working perfectly (and had been road-tested by the shop). I was quoted approx. $95. (The dealer estimate was $350, so I was saving money here...) I ...

One fact that needs to be know is ALL AAMCO centers are independently owned and operated and there is nothing home office can do about what their center owners choose. If a customer is not satisfied they should speak with the owner of the AAMCO center. AAmco centers owners really not owner ...
