Unprofessional, and untimely, non-cummunicative with customer. Screwed others too outlandish ripoff late fees false promises abused & mistreated ripoff business from hell abused & mistreated

On March 15 I took my car in for a torques converter rebuild. I had been given an estimate of approximately $1400.00 for the torque converter and transmission. The propritor insisted that if the torque converter was rebuild/replaced, the transmission would need to be also.

The estimate then turned into $1700.00 when I dropped the car off. The propritor told me the repairs would bedone by the end of the day. Monday at the laters. Here I sit without my car a week later, no phone calls returned and a whole list of BS excuses as to why it is not done.

I still have no idea what the final cost will be, or when it will be done. I HIGHLY recommend anyone else take their car to a REPUTABLE dealer for repairs.
