Complete Ripoff, worst customer service ever, should be out of business, never delivers!
On September 9, I purchased a desk for my son's 8th birthday present. The delivery was scheduled for Sept. 28th (perfect, b/c his birthday was the 30th). The 28th came and went with no phone calls, no explanations, no delivery. I called them the next day. They said "Oh, the hutch was on back ...
