We sent our shipment on the exact date Tom (ODFL Rep) told us to ship it so it would go from Ohio to Las Vegas in the time frame needed. They said it was a 4 day ship, so we gave them 5 days. We got to Vegas and no shipment. It took them 6 business days or 8 full days to get the shipment there. ...
