For two years, we have been trying to get Jim Washington (a.K.A. American Pole Barn) to either put up our building or refund our money ($ 17,000). The building was paid for in full, and Mr. Washington agreed to start construction in two weeks. We haven't recieved anything! He does not return phone calls or make any effort to put this right. We reported this to the Ohio Attorney Generals office. They were very familiar with him, as this seems to be his common practice, however, they have refused to do anything about this crook. We just recieved a notice in the mail that this dirtbag is filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy, so I guess the money is gone, with little hope for recovery. Meanwhile, he'll be out stealing from other people in no time. This guy is a true lowlife... Be aware!
