My 78 year old mother has been ripped off by one of the slimiest human beings on the planet, and his name is Carlos Scarpero.
He promised her over and over that she would make $3,000 per week by investing in his business, which turned out to be a total scam revolving around stealing money from other people just like my mother.
This guy needs to be put in JAIL!
I did some research and found out that Carlos Scarpero has been arrested for assaulting women on several occasions.
Carlos Scarpero, if you are reading this: I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET ALL OF MY MOTHER'S MONEY BACK THAT YOU STOLE!!!
