I delivered a product on Thursday August 17th also it came for their factory in S. Carolina on Monday, August 20th. I approached them 2 nights later in regards to a reimbursement, plus they explained to hold back 5 times for this. Used to do so, when I recognized my return was not prepared on July 28th, I sent the CS again. They never replied. Common. Possibly the corporation is attempting to CON me out-of my $40, or they are overlooking all my emails.in either case, it appears FP is dropping company over this as well as their Customer Support went from great, to downright trash. I currently submitted a state with PayPal and that I MAY document a chargeback with my lender if my cash is not delivered in my experience. AVOID THE CORPORATION until you such as the product enough to maintain it, or if you've a FP shop in your area, so you may return them in store. I am never buying with this particular site again!
