Horrible customer service and very bad return policies

Don't use!!! Don't use!!! Don't use!

The corporation has definitely terrible customer support and incredibly poor return policies.

I try to stop my purchase actually five minutes after I put it. I sent 2 various emails in addition to completed the client support type on the site to become approached to stop my purchase. No body in the organization actually had the courtesy to make contact with me back. Aswell there's no telephone number to get hold of anyone.

I received the item a couple of days later and reduced and see wasn't actually the right product. I quickly approached them again and repeated my tale for them of attempting to stop my purchase. This required many more emails. They didn't care significantly and simply explained to come back them.

I quickly delivered them back unopened and some nights later I obtained a reimbursement, nonetheless they screwed me again. Them initially cost $40-plus delivery. And so I needed to purchase delivery back, when they returned me they got another $13 for “restocking fee”. General the corporation ostensibly TOOK $25.81 from me because of their positively terrible customer support and incredibly poor return policies. ($8.01 in delivery in my experience, $4.80 in delivery again and $13 in BS restocking costs) Again I-say DON'T UTILIZE THEM!!
