I've been using the services of the corporation for awhile today and thus much have now been pleased until my newest purchase. I put it on 1/5/10 only to be contacted on 1/12/10 and told that my order was being voided because they did not have the item in stock that I'd selected. They did go right ahead and credt me shop bucks to return in and get another thing. I did so this on a single time, 1/12/10. It's today 1/15/10 and my purchase nevertheless hasn't delivered. I named on 1/14/10 and was informed it'd occupy to 72 hours to deliver out thus by 1/15 it'd be achieved. Obviously it wasn't and so I called again today and was ostensibly informed "I actually donot understand why it'snot been shipped out and also the factory is currently shut until Wednesday 1/19/10" therefore today I've to hold back to call-back for my third-time to confirm the standing of my purchase and just why its not delivered. (and of course the 3 emails I've delivered to customer support which have gone unanswered) Possibly they permitted me to once more buy a product which was not in-stock??? Need to state customer support isn't the best given that they do not actually actually play the role of innovative using their solutions why they're not living as much as their contract that's marketed by themselves site about purchases being processed 24-48 hours when payment is obtained. It'll be happening 15 times since I have initially put my purchase but still have yet to determine something delivered in my experience. Obviously they got my cash the moment I put the purchase however they are sure getting their nice moment delivering me what I bought.informing me "I actually donot understand" for why my pkg was not delivered in my experience is completely inappropriate. I am good this is my last purchase with this particular organization. Beware!
