I requested a set of Birkenstock Gizeh shoes on 4/17. I obtained a contact recognizing my purchase and displaying they obtained my cash, but after 14 days without any bill of my shoes I created a contact request from their contact site. The e-mail went unanswered as have numerous telephone communications. I attempted to contact again today however the mail is complete. I've tried calling both figures without having to be ready to achieve a person. I actually quit a note requesting them to react within 24 hours or I'd be processing a criticism. Clearly they got the cash and went. Store at Zappos instead.
