Oversold Product, DidN't Reimbursement

I purchased a petunia pickle base carrier out of this shop and following a week without any conversation I sent to ask about the delivery position of my product. The dog owner, Denise Silva, subsequently advised me the product was oversold. I told her instantly that I needed a reimbursement, actually delivered her two emails seeking my refund and noticed nothing, ultimately exposed a paypal challenge, and just subsequently did I notice back from her. She was significantly less than friendly to express minimal, blaming me of threatening and bothering her, when all I needed was a reimbursement to get a merchandise that she didn't have and hadn't delivered since she'd oversold it. Around this writing I've yet to get my reimbursement and certainly will need to watch for paypal to consider the resources from her consideration and return them in my experience. After I published on the facebook site about petunia items declaring my poor skilled, she experimented with slander me and accuse me of nuisance. Buyer Beware!
