I requested three products on 12/21 for my child for Christmas. Purchase stated these were all-in inventory and that I taken care of two-day delivery so she'd have by Christmas.

By 12/24, nothing. I followed the purchase and discovered among the products was stopped, another was backordered to 1/3 and another to 1/12. I received no notice, no mail, no concept telling me of the.

I called today (1/17) to discover that which was occurring and informed these things were back-ordered till 1/26 and 2/17, and so I terminated.

I Will store within the shop again (my child is just a restless 13-year old and thereis very little she enjoys out there) but NEVER AGAIN online or in the catalog.

I've been purchasing online for a long time from numerous shops and also have never experienced something similar to this. These folks have no idea just how to handle their stock or just how to talk to clients.
