I requested a-shirt 3 months before, my card continues to be billed but nothing has delivered. I've approached customer support three times by mail and 1 time by telephone. Within the 3 emails I delivered I particularly mentioned when the couldn't supply me having a delivery day for my product then I'd prefer to stop my purchase. While I've received an answer for every e-mail not one of them tackle a delivery day or my demand to stop purchase and return my card. Each mail merely says the top was on backorder, they are in possession of a that simply arrived in and my purchase is about the checklist to ship. I really could have purchased the top at HOT SUBJECT that has the top in-stock (I didnt realize that after I requested the top 3 months before) and saved myself the delivery and also the suffering of the top not returning. I'll never purchase from Fanfire again.
