Dishonest Business Practices

I requested five tops, all-size big in a variety of shades, from Denim Cellar (also understand as JCS Styles). Our total-order found $147.87 (4 tops @32.95,1 top @32.50, minus a-10% discount). These shirts were marketed as fresh, real Polo shirts. What I obtained from Denim Cellar were 2 extra-large tops, two shirts which were the incorrect shade plus one top having a stitch fix about the left shoulder.

Denim Cellar promoted their product as real; nevertheless, this state is fake. The tops I obtained were cheap imitations. The scale of the tops weren't just like Polo tops that may be bought at an upscale department shop. The collars about the tops calculated between 18 and 18 ½ ins and also the torso dimensions were various different.inside of the tops little gauze areas were merged towards the polo bogus logo. These gauze areas are named stabilizers and therefore are often available on inexpensive, mass-produced clothes. An authentic Ralph Lauren polo-shirt wouldn't have this area inside. Among the tops had a little stitch fix about the left shoulder. Labels attached in to the shits were various shades, one-color for that Polo brand along with a diverse shade for that size label. A garment care directions tag wasn't attached in to the outfit. An authentic polo outfit might have exactly the same color brands in addition to a treatment training tag.

After I purchased this product, Denim Cellar was marketing free delivery with purchases over $150.00 along with a discount. Denim Basement’s retune plan claims that you will see A - 15% restocking charge on all returned merchandize. I decided to the trained provided by Denim Cellar since I had been informed from their site that I'd obtain real Polo product.

However, used to do not obtain that which was guaranteed in my experience by Denim Cellar and due to their mistake and fake statements; I delivered 4 of the tops and held one. Denim Cellar subsequently billed me for that free delivery (though I'd to pay for $8.00 to deliver back the undesirable product), along with a restocking charge.

Denim Cellar paid back again to me $90.69. Which means I'm paying $57.18 to get a top which was marketed at $32.50 and also the top includes a stitch fix about the left shoulder.

Our experience with Denim Cellar (JCS Styles) isn't special. An web search returned many grievances against Denim Style and JSC Styles. Exactly the same company methods I experienced, incorrect dimensions delivered, low - reimbursement of cash, and phony product were experienced by many others.

What Denim Cellar does is just a basic fraud. Promote common style product at reduced, low rates. Provide free delivery along with a discount to lure customers to buy the things they are generated think may be the actual point. Vessel the incorrect colors and incorrect dimensions towards the naive client so when the client gets the phony product they two choices, return the item and spend the return shipment price, a delivery fee along with a 15% restocking charge from Denim Styles or maintain the phony product that arrived within the incorrect dimension and incorrect shade.in either case, Denim Cellar makes money.
