Bad service

I purchased my 4-year old son a set of dark JOE CLEAN child trousers in August to use for my youngest boyis baptism. About the evening of the baptism I determined that my 4-year old boy dons another thing, and so I place the JOE CLEAN trousers in his wardrobe.

Halloween arrived and my boy determined he desired to liven up like a vampire (and because skeletons use dark) I appreciated the black JOE CLEAN child trousers I'd purchased for him in August. Because it was chilly outdoors I created him use running trousers underneath. Although trickortreating he held worrying that anything was grabbing him close to the switch region. I examined it a few occasions but couldn't notice something.

Two days later, when I was doing washing; I got my boyis JOE CLEAN trousers and switched them inside-out. When I was doing this, anything pointed scratched me on my right supply from my arm to near my shoulder. I got the JOE CLEAN trousers and analyzed it on my kitchen table and noticed anything sharp protruding within the seam close to the switch. I got a little blade and undid the seam and discovered a damaged sewing machine hook inside (the absolute most identifiable section of a sewing machine hook using the pit the line experiences using what appears like dry dark color/or color since the suggestion).

I've approached their HQ (and also have delivered them the hook and trousers for analysis) and that I am not happy with their solutions.

Because this occurred, I've completed LOTS OF study on the web and that I discovered that these producers have really rigid "Damaged Hook Guidelines" that really must be adopted.

In my opinion this is definitely an exceptionally significant issue, particularly because it was present in kids' apparel. Easily didn't create my 4-year old boy use running trousers underneath - he'd of gotten damaged without a doubt!!! I'm grateful that I got injured and never my boy - BUT this doesn't remove the truth that these JOE CLEAN trousers were infected having a damaged sewing machine hook (which was stated in a manufacturer that's metal detectors).

What's the best move to make?

Should there be considered a recognition on these trousers?

If garments are created internationally, should not there be safety precautions / or regulations to ensure that what continues to become offered within our shops secure for all of US customers (particularly kids' apparel)???
