I bought 6 bridesmaid gowns on 05/11/10 containing of 5No "Impact" gowns and 1No "BariJay" gown.
On 08/11/10, Joan of Home of Women (abbreviated HOB to any extent further) recommends me a $40 running hurry charge for that 1No BariJay robe is needed. On no occasion did Joan advise me the additional 5No "Impresison robes" wouldn't been prepared or begin until cost of accelerated charge is obtained.
I replied quickly on a single evening seeking style of cost and obtained mail type Joan of HOB 9 nights afterwards 17/11/10 telling me to pay for by creditcard.
I created the cost of the $40 on 07/12/10 and was recommended by Joan by mail on 08/12/10 the dash charge was today an excellent hurry charge of $60 and other robes susceptible to a hurry charge of $40. I approved the $60 tremendous hurry charge for that BariJay robe but infomed HOB that I had been in question within the extra costs for that additional 5 robes today totalling one more $200.
Because The 9th dec I've approached the client support department of HOB on 3 occasions and been guaranteed a call-back. At no stage have they suggested a mid point quality over thsi issue as well as their teamis non chalant attitude has created me wind up equally disappointed and worried this purchase shan't actually be prepared.
On 13/12/10 pursuing another e-mailed request reactions to my earlier emails along with a quality for this subject, I wos approached with a Dorothy of HOB who suggested they CAn't move any furhter with my purchase and were reluctant to "accommodate" me with this problem.
Today, 14/12/10, I've voiced with Michelle, a person support boss at HOB who shows me when I terminated my purchase, it'd consider 30 business days to get a refund to obtain back again to me and that I wouldn't be assured a complete refund. On request a reimbursement cost, I had been informed these were not able to calculate what this really is also it will be the topic of the attention.
I'm really upset within the entire situation, my wedding is in about 7 months and also the purchase I spot a few months in front of routine hasn't transferred at-all and HOB are obviously not thinking about assisting me solve this situation.
It's a shame that for an order of around $900, HOB have didn't approach any little bit of the purchase as a result of $40 rush charge that they have today easily raised to $260.
