I bought through the web site Paypal
I bought a set of shoes from the vendor on Ioffer for that quantity of $75.00
3 months later I received a bundle using the same following range and received a braclet using the published worth of $10.00
Paypal explained they couuld not assist me or reemberse me after I submitted many grievances for them and vebally talked for them
Ioffer never replied to my grievances or did the vendor who dissapeared from their website and eliminated their info So that they couldn't be called.
This Can Be A crime and noone has assisted me or protected me
The vendor has fundamentally gotten away with scam and taking
