Requested four bras on 5/17/09 totaling $102.95. Created cost with Lender of America card via Paypal. Payment removed on 5/18/09.
Exposed a problem challenge and state on 5/27/09 after numerous efforts to obtain touching the vendor. On 5/29/09 I obtained the next within an email in the vendor: "there is a wait in shipping your purchase. Your purchase has been
Prepared and we've expedited the cargo. You need to obtain your
Purchase in 7 business days. You want to thanks for the persistence and
Apologize for this wait."
On 6/5/09 I received an email from USPS Services with the following: "This ship notification is being sent to you by the U.S. Postal Service at the request of JULIAS BRA STORE. When the "Delivered To" handle info isn't proper, please contact the Shipper.", plus a tracking number.
On 6/10/09 I obtained the bundle in the vendor however the purchase wasn't total, just two bras were delivered. And there is an email within the bundle declaring the backordered products could be delivered soon. There is no bill or every other paperwork within the bundle.
At this time I sent Paypal and informed them-not to close-out the state whilst the purchase wasn't full. I also sent the vendor but just got an answer from Paypal on 6/13.
On 6/13/09 I obtained a contact from Paypal using the subsequent wording: "Your analysis into your state is total. As previously mentioned within our Person
Contract, the promises procedure just pertains to the cargo of products. It
Doesn't affect grievances concerning the characteristics or quality of products
Obtained. Consequently, we're not able to change this deal or problem a
Reimbursement."
Essentially all Paypal cared about was the truth that the vendor delivered me a bundle having a tracking number. Paypal didnt care wether the container was emty or not.
I then shut out my Paypal bill as a result of this.
Our next thing would be to contact Bank of America to determine when they could possibly get the rest of the money-back for that two products I've not obtained.
