Slipped off my gown to become washed/maintained. They not just attempted to come back it in my experience with spots bigger than after I slipped it down, however they ruined a-6 inch portion of the gown. They accepted towards the problems and agreed to do the repair. After 2 more months, they named me directly into notice and also the harm was still there. They advised me they'd "transformed their thoughts" and declined to correct the harm they'd produced. Subsequently declined to come back my gown till I settled top dollar for washing/maintenance, but declined to protect it. They've no ethics and bad customer support requirements. The girl I handled was rude and coarse and handled me like I'd accomplished something amiss. They destroyed articles of apparel that CAn't be changed after which handled me so badly. It had been a terrible experience. Don't create exactly the same error I created, DON'T make use of this drycleaner.
