Like others have stated - they're the toughest organization for results I've actually run into. I've been a faithful client for a long time plus they abruptly determined that used to do not return anything over time and certainly will not credit my card when I required. A-30 day return policy is ridiculous for an web list organization - thirty days might simply function as the period it requires to get the bundle, return it exactly the same evening, after which they'd most likely not truly view it for another month!
