I recently purchased a IPAD for my spouse. At that time of the purchase, I particularly requested the sales affiliate concerning the return policy. She responded "thirty days in the evening of the purchase". Because the purchase was for my spouse, I needed to ensure that she enjoys it and that I have a choice to come back it just in case there's an issue with-it or just in case my wife seems its not on her. Because the purchase, the unit continuously closed up during operation. My spouse wasn't pleased with the purchase and desired to return. I got it back today for that return (winin thirty days) and was refused any aid. Today the supervisor explained the return policy is 14 days and never thirty days. I had been refused the support despite I advised the supervisor about my previous knowledge of the one month return policy. Today I'm caught with an item I'm not necessarily pleased with. I've didn't conduct business with bestbuy as time goes on and stop my charge card bill until bestbuy recognizes my demand and returns the merchandise.
