I requested the Suggie quilt (4 of these) to get a Christmas shipping which didn't occur. Once the purchase came, there is nothing closed ON THE BEST WAY TO return and WHEREVER. Lastly, after I acquired (online AFTER significantly looking!) a Customer Support #, my phone was positioned on STORE and lastly a saving arrived on enjoying "that because of the holidays, we're experienceing a higher amount of company and delay period. Please return phone later within the week for more expedient support. Please be aware this phone was positioned on 1/26/09... LONG after Christmas. After hearing the saving for fifteen minutes, lastly somebody got onthe point. Personally I think the saving and LENGTHY delay would be to decrease
