Placed an order several weeks ago for Christmas. I went on-line to check my order and noticed that my order was back ordered. They had two blankets listed as back ordered. I ordered four blankets. They charged me for four but have only two blankets listed on the web site under my name. Also, SNUGGIE charged me $31.60 to ship an order that I never received.
I have tried to contact the compay to inquire about my order. The number they give for customer support is continuously busy. They said you can contact them 24 hours via email but there is no email address to be found.
Fox is playing the Snuggie commericial several times a day - even now that Christmas is over. I suspect that Fox would pull this commericial if they knew that Snuggie was not making "good" one its orders.
