I had been scammed!

Early in January, immediately after the holiday season, I put an order with www.wholesalequalityclothing.com. Whenever you click the site a saving begins having a man stating, "I would like to ask you a fast question..." He then continues conning you about "lowestpriceclothing.com's" very cheap rates and just how you may market these things to get a less than retail cost but still create a lot of cash, "for quicker change and greater earnings for you".

I had been really enthusiastic and pleased to be doing something which allows me to remain aware of my 4-year old child but still produce some revenue. I'd been attempting to do that prior to the vacations but could not develop the cash.

I crawled up and preserved, (throughout the breaks) till I'd enough cash to put a moderate purchase and address delivery. After I put the purchase on the site it got me through the typical procedure, I had been motivated to supply my title, tackle, contact information etc. Subsequently requested for my cost info. The web site stated that within the last action I'd get my delivery price and complete.

The final action did not occur. I believed the web site was all messed up or possibly my pc froze or anything occurred that avoided my purchase from being location. I thought I'd try again later.

A couple of days later, $231.35 was removed from my banking account.in the beginning I flipped when I noticed it had been recommended "Quality Apparel" I believed, "Oh great, today I'll get my purchase." I began producing ideas regarding wherever and just how I'd start selling these things. I waited and waited for my purchase. I had been so excited I really couldnot stand it. Then lastly I named. No body responded, I'd to depart a note. I sent emails, no body replied. Lastly, I had been submitted electronically (via mail) to [email protected]. Bennie B. Mentioned he needed my Order-ID#. I described what happened to my purchase and he explained to provide him a few times to appear engrossed. And so I called back a few days later and he questioned me about my purchase, what I requested and amounts, and some more times. Then I told him to stop the purchase since I'd not have the ability to market sweaters, sweatshirts and hoodies in Houston in March!!! To simply give me my cash back. He delivered me a contact saying he might deliver me a check. A couple of days later I called again. He explained he'd deliver me my check "nowadays". However nothing. How can we close him along? How do you get my money-back?
