Eddie Wallace is the Service Manager but GOOD customer relations is NOT his priority. He not only defended his employee's incorrect actions, but he lied to me over the phone and hung in my face. However, if his employee's actions WERE correct & defendable, why was that service performed for me for FREE??? Eddie Wallace then later lied to my face by denying that he hung up on me, but that he had said Thank You before hanging up. My encounter with him revealed his flawed character as well as his blatant disrespect for women. I am a paying customer who now has TWO Chevy vehicles, but he obviously does not care about my future business, or my extended family's and friends' business.
