2 weeks later, the ordered item has still not arrived

Requested a hoodie - settled £5.99 for following day shipping. 14 days later, them has nevertheless not appeared. I've delivered 5 emails and created more than 50 telephone calls - but there's no reaction. Automatic reaction claims "mail is complete".

Have informed authorities who're presently attempting to study the organization.
