Not received as of yet 1/8/13

On 12/3 I order undergarments totallying $12.94 to this day 1/8 I have not received them as of yet and would like to know why or send me a refund thank you Deborah Leonhardt and my check was cashed by Dream Products so I would like the product or my money back and the check #was 1063 and I would like a response thank you
