Oyal protection service, aka ncwc.inc., does not pay its claims. Carr chevrolet submitted a claim to repair the transmission, two days of car rental service and the left front hub to be replaced, which is all covered under the contract. They would not pay the claim stating that i did not have enough equity in the car warranty, although i had been informed earlier that after 30 days the warranty would be in effect. I filed this claim after 30 days and was told at that time that it would be covered. I read the contract several times, as did a friend, and neither of us found anything stating anything about equity in the warranty.
I spoke with anthony at 800 599 9557 x e318, who advised me if i would submit the invoices that they would pay the claim. I called him a few days later and told me that i would have to sign the invoices and resubmit them, which i did. A few days later i called them and got somebody else on the line and advised me that they would not be paying the claim, which i had been told a few days earlier that the claim would be paid. This happened in october and i have heard nothing from them since. I've been out $2300 of my own money and i've yet to be reimbursed for anything.
This is very, very poor company. Do not do business with them.
