5 Business Days and my alternator is not approved for replacement and I am stuck without a car even though it is clearly covered. Because the repair, if approved, will only take 2 hours I am not eligible for the rental car as provided by my extended warranty. They're screwing me. When I call they can only say that my repair is awaiting approval and there is no one else I can talk to. They don't give a dam!
