I have a 2013 Accord EX-L w/Navi. Back in Nov. 2013 I noticed the Traffic Information/Incidents stopped working. I went to my selling dealer, they contacted Honda, unable to fix the issue. I've been in contact with both dealer & Honda Tech Support, and the dealer is waiting on Honda to fix the issue, Honda says it's an FM broadcast that is not working in my area. Honda has stated more than once it's been sent to Engineering, they don't know who is responsible for the signal. I stated Honda advertises the feature, someone at Honda has contacted someone in my area to provide the service. It's a matter of someone at Honda finding the party responsible for the signal. They partnered with someone for the broadcast so it's a matter of Honda wanting to find the party responsible for the signal. This has been going on for 2 months.
