Boca Tech Brake & Tire Auto Center is a rip-off! They change for me 4 tires and they charged me above the price 6% for Shop supplies

Oca tech brake & tire auto center change for me 4 tires and did alignment, they charged me above the price 6% for Office supply. Came to $25.00. I don't see any connection between the job that I did pay them to do, and they're shop supplies. What should I do?
