Domino's Pizza
Stealing money - billing

I ordered pizza left 3:00 tip on credit card. Signed when pizza came. Then checked credit card and was charged 13:00 for tip. I got 10.00 back from store manager but thats not the point. They stole that money and added it to my credit card without my permission. Store ower i am having trouble contacting. Help
