My wife and I ordered a pizza over the phone for her little sister along with our children with a credit card from another location. When the pizza got there since she did not have the card they not only didn't give her the pizza but they charged us twice on our credit card. They told us to bring them a copy of our credit card statement to show them we were charged more than once so we can get it fixed. We both work so it took us more than one day to get it up to them, it took two. Once we were able to get up there they said that they can't do anything after one business day and we have to take it up with our credit card company. They billed us two times for 15.13 and why should we have to do anywork to get our money back when it was their screw up and we didn't even get the pizza anyways. I will never eat no pizza hut anywhere just for that reason.
