Network Tools Warehouse Ordered Parts... Order went into black hole. No confirmation. No email communication from company. No call

Attempted to order a bearing from NXT Tools. Part was located using Google which directed to site. Ordered part put in Credit card info. Never received email confirmation or part from company that I ordered part. Seems like request when into black hole.
