Smartchoice title loans
Repossed my car and the loan was not over a month late, and they want twice the amount of the loan to get it back

I was late with my july payment (every month they go up on payment) and i did not have it all, so my grandmother who usually pays these paymemnts, called and they would not work with her for partial payments. They went up to over 400.00 a month. My payments were due on the 18th of each month.

So i did not pay july, and on the 16th of august, (without notice or letter) the car was repossed. It was not really a full month late. And the principle on the bal in jan, was $2,215.00. My grandmother has paid $2,318.89 on this since dec. And now to get the car back smart choice wants over $4800.00, plus everyday it goes up more.

I only have till the 23 of sept, until it is sold at public auction. Can you help me to get my car back as my grandmother is very sick and needs transportation. Thanks
