Matt Carter - 866-326-9921. Saw my car ad on "Carsonline.com" and called me 3 times. Acted as if he knew me. Told me it would cost about $200 to get my car sold, there was still some demand for it

Matt has attempted to call me 3 times over the period of 3 weeks. He calls every time I renew my car ad online. Only the last time did he say it would cost me $200 and it was the last time he would call. He claimed each time that there were still some clients he had that were interested in my type of car; BMW 330xi.
