If you want to be taken to the cleaners and lied to by a bunch of crooks, then hire Waterworks in Lewisville Texas. How they are still in business, is beyond me. I took my Sea Ray boat to them just to be cleaned and waxed. (1) 2 inch fiberglass repair and put my stickers on. This took over a month when I was told it would be a week. Oh: but this gets better. Finally after 5-6 weeks, Ben calls me and says he is launching the boat and taking it to my slip as we agreed. Only problem is he did not open the Seacock valves and he burned up my impellers and oil coolers. Not only did he do it once, he did it twice because he forgot to open them again after he replaced them. He said he had certified mechanics, which he doesnt. The office staff, well thats another story, they are liars like him. Left my Sea Ray open for the rain to flood the
cabin. I and a guy there pulled out 50 gallons off rain that was in the cabin part. He burned up my generator, tore my top, never cleaned the inside and the engines were shot.
I finally had him launch the boat for me; I hired a towing company to tow me to my slip. From then on, it was a night mare and lost summer for my family and I just because I took it to Waterworks. When on my slip, the people on the slip had the same issues. Lies, Lies and more Lies. How is this guy in business?
I thought buying a boat was supposed to be exciting; wow can they make that not happen. Nevertheless, I filed a lawsuit against Waterworks and scheduled to be in court October 30.
