I mailed my car payment to reliable credit and called to leave them a message to let them know I mailed it because in the past I have had an issue with the payment not being applied to my account correctly. I never heard back from them, which is normal, so I assumed they recieved my message. They never called me and today I got a knock on my door telling me my car was up for repo. The repo company wouldnt allow me to show them the reciept saying Ive paid.
I called reliable credit and spoke to my loan officer, Brian, and he wouldnt take the money order number from me nor would he allow me to send him proof I had call or that I had made my payment. I asked to speak with his manager, Carson, and all Carson would say was the account was closed and there is nothing they can do. I asked Carson if he would make an acception since I had called and since I had proof of everything. He said no and again repeated himself daying the account was closed. I asked if there is anyone above him, he said no and told me the account was closed and there isnt anything that can be done but pay off my car in full. My car was repoed for no reason. I have full proof of everything and they arent willing to hear me out.
